How capacity actually works
Capacity is simply crews × jobs per day × working days. The number that trips people up is jobs per day– it's 1 for a crew doing one big install a day, but 3–5 for a solo tech running multiple stops. That single setting is what makes a schedule readable: a day is jobs assigned / capacity, which is exactly how CrewSyncer colors your calendar green, amber, and red.
Knowing your weekly capacity tells you how much you could take on. The real bottleneck is spotting whichcrew has an open slot on the day a customer wants – which is the thing a static calendar can't show you fast. More on that when you're tracking availability across techs running 2–4 jobs a day.
