About

Scheduling shouldn't be a guessing game.

CrewSyncer started with a simple, frustrating problem we kept seeing at home-service companies running on Jobber: a customer calls asking for a date, and the office scrambles to figure out which crew is actually free. Jobber is great at tracking what's booked — but not at answering the question that matters on the phone: who's available, and when?

We first built this for one company to solve exactly that. The moment it was live, the same need showed up everywhere — crews, solo techs, route-based businesses, every trade on Jobber hitting the same wall. So we turned it into CrewSyncer.

Who builds it

CrewSyncer is built by Adeocode LLC, a founder-led software team that has spent years building Jobber integrations in production for real home-service operators. We know the Jobber API's quirks first-hand — the rate limits, the OAuth flow, the scheduling data model — because we've shipped against them and supported live customers on them.

What we believe

Visibility beats guesswork. You shouldn't have to squint at a color-coded grid or keep a side spreadsheet to know who can take the next job.

Read-only and secure. CrewSyncer reads your schedule; it never changes your Jobber data. Tokens are encrypted, never logged, and we store as little as possible. See Security.

Built for how crews actually work. One big job a day or a tech running a dozen stops — the same availability view adapts to your operation, not the other way around.
